• Services: Veniu Solutions Private Limited provides marketing services including but not limited to digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
• Payment: Payment for our services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or created in the course of providing our services shall remain the property of Veniu Solutions Private Limited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
